The Urban Café Experience

We had a wonderful experience at Crave. The cafe was exceptionally clean, and the decorations were lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed having games available — we had a great time playing snakes and ladders while we ate. A fantastic spot for a relaxing and fun time.

The waiters were incredibly friendly and kind. I shared music and conversation with them, and they made me feel very welcome in Sri Lanka. Thanks to people like them, the world is a better place.

It's cozy, air-conditioned, the food is great and the coffee excellent! We had a submarine sandwich and the waiter informed us about all the details with so much attention. We loved the service because the workers are the sweetest people in the city ❤️ they've helped us with everything we asked for with a big smile. Thank you guys again!

Lovely coffee shop in Negombo. Good coffee, reasonable prices. Also has a few board games to play, so played snakes & ladders & chess. Great place if you want good coffee or are looking to kill some time before a flight like us. Staff were super friendly.

Crave Café in Negombo is one of those places that instantly makes you feel good. The atmosphere is calm, stylish, and filled with positive vibes. Their food is absolutely delicious and the coffee is top-notch — smooth, aromatic, and made just right. What makes Crave stand out most is their amazing service. If you're ever in Negombo, this is definitely a must-visit café!

I only had an iced cappuccino so I can't say much about the other food, but the drink was lovely. The cafe provided air-conditioned comfort and comfy chairs — exactly what I needed after walking around in the hot sun. I didn't find any other nice coffee options in the vicinity.
